I can't log in with my Webstore account

If you are unable to log in using your Maple T.A. or Möbius Webstore account, please follow the steps below.
  • Ensure you are accessing the appropriate URL for your school as provided by your Instructor and the verification email from your purchase.
  • Ensure you are using the correct username. Keep in mind your Webstore username cannot be changed, and will be the same as it was when you received the verification email.
  • Ensure you are using the right password, or use the forgot your password link to update your password.
  • Make sure you update your email when you log in with your Webstore account. This will allow you to use the forgot your password link in the future.
If you are still having issues with your Webstore account, please contact your Instructor or the DigitalEd Customer Success Team for more assistance. 

Note that if you purchased your account from the Webstore in a previous semester, this account will expire approximately one year after the start of the class it was purchased for. Please contact our Customer Success Team to get more information on the status of your account. If you account has expired, then your Instructor will provide you with the information required to purchase a new account from the DigitalEd Webstore.
