I can't log in with my Maplesoft Webstore account

If you are unable to log in using your Maplesoft Webstore account, please follow the steps below.
 
  • Ensure you are accessing the appropriate Maple T.A. URL for your school as provided by your Instructor and the Maple T.A. verification email from your purchase.
     
  • Ensure you are using the correct username. Keep in mind your Webstore username cannot be changed, and will be the same as it was when you received the verification email.
     
  • Ensure you are using the right password, or use the forgot your password link to update your password.
     
  • Make sure you update your email when you log in with your Webstore account. This will allow you to use the forgot your password link in the future.
If you are still having issues with your Maplesoft Webstore account, please contact your Instructor or Maplesoft Help for more assistance. 

Note that if you purchased your account from the Maplesoft Webstore in a previous semester, this account will expire approximately one year after the start of the class it was purchased for. Please contact your Instructor or Maplesoft Help to get more information on the status of your account. If you account has expired, then your Instructor will provide you with the link to purchase a new account from the Maplesoft Webstore.
