If you still experience issues in using Maple T.A., please try the following:
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Be sure that the URL you are using is correct
- Turn on third party cookies and apply the change
- Clear your browser cache to avoid out of date scripts and apply the change
- Disable any add-ons and browser software that may affect Maple T.A.
- Ensure any firewalls have the appropriate port exception for Maple T.A.
If the above steps do not work, please try accessing using a different browser, computer or internet connection. This may help diagnose why your computer is having issues connecting to or running the Maple T.A. website.
