Browser issues

Maple T.A. and Möbius can be accessed from your web browser on Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android operating systems. You can find the full compatibility list at the link below:

If you still experience issues in using Maple T.A. or Möbius, please try the following:
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Check with your instructor that the URL you are using is correct
  • Turn on third party cookies and apply the change
  • Clear your browser cache to avoid out of date scripts and apply the change
  • Disable any add-ons and browser software that may affect Maple T.A. or Möbius
  • Ensure any firewalls have the appropriate port exception for Maple T.A. or Möbius
