Running out of test time
If you are experiencing technical issues related to another aspect of testing that is impeding your ability to complete the test before the time limit is reached (such as a computer or internet issue), please inform your Instructor or School - Maplesoft is not able to address these issues and cannot authorize time extensions on behalf of your School. The main email contact for your Course will appear at the top of the Course Homepage next to the Instructor or Administrator's name.
Maplesoft Help is able to assist with Maple T.A. technical issues but is unable to authorize time extensions. Please contact your Instructor or School directly to request more time or another attempt at a test in these cases.
